In the above photo’s you will find food made during our live class, demonstrations and house parties.  Our first photo is our Tropical Crepe topped with gogi berries,  Cashew cream and filled with a mixture of sweet cream and tropical fruit,  great for breakfast or dessert, our Crunchy Buckwheat Cerial with Almond Milk, Broccoli Salad, Oh My Chili and Corn Bread, Flax Crackers, Strawberry Lime Tart and an  Apple Pie with Carob Crust.     AMAZING!

I am working on “Live In The Raw”, un-cooking book and I hope it will be available for you  2011. 
 
One of my favorite snacks – Deep Fried Onions will be one of the features.  Of course they are raw, but you would never know it. Delicious!  I will have a special section on snacks un-cooking book. 
 
When I was transitioning to a raw lifestyle, I had a hard time with finding crunchy snacks.  Well I solved that problem.  I have several great crunchy snacks to share with you.  You will be amazed at the flavor.
 
For the next several weeks I will do a Detox on blended energy soup, green smoothies and juices.  This will be quite the challenge for me.  I love raw food and I love to chew and crunch the many flavors raw has to offer.  Stopping for a day will prove a challenge but I am ready.
